Fresh and minty green smoothie

A green smoothie is my favorite thing to have for breakfast. It doesn't mean that this is the only thing that I have every morning. But.. I am just always in a rush and try to step out of the door as quickly as I can. Well, it still takes a while to get ready. But I never ever never skip breakfast. This is one of the most important things I do for my well being. Breakfast is a must-have and I never compromise. A green smoothie is the best quick and healthy solution for me. The only thing to do is make it taste great and different everyday. Otherwise you'll get bored and switch to fried bacon again (I am joking). Yes, green smoothie, different every day, fresh and minty like this one. Amazingly refreshing and delicious. Try it. Let me know what you think. I am really interested.

Ingredients


 Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 min

  • 1/2 cup, fresh mint
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 10 ice cubes (or water)
  • shredded coconut (topping)

Method


 

Chop and blend all the ingredients until smooth. Top with a shredded coconut. Serve.
