Spinach has great health benefits. It’s low in calories yet very high in vitamins and minerals. It’s a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin A, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron, Calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B2, Potassium, and vitamin B6.
Walking helps to switch your mind from your every day routine and think about something nice and positive while enjoying fresh air and beautiful views. I love that bushwalking takes me away from the technology that surrounds me every day and replaces the harsh sounds of the modern world with the beautiful music of nature. We all need a break from the modern world and I’m sure you would agree that getting this break gets harder and harder every day.
A little bit of a summer experiment. Green salad with cherry tomatoes and shredded pistachios. When I first made the salad I really liked this nuts note in it.
Once a week, usually on Saturday, I go "green" shopping and get lots of nice and fresh greens. It can be to the farmers market or just Asian grocery (which is really cheap). There is always plenty of good stuff there, because greens are always good for you.
